Swedish graphic designer Marlene Abraham founded her label Mayla in 2010. She has always had a keen eye for style, shape and form so the leap from graphic to fashion design came quite naturally. The collection is made out of timeless, feminine pieces, designed to become all-time wardrobe favourites.

Think Greta Garbo, dark and moody, in long silhouetted cashmere coats and cardigans, reefer jackets and berets. Then think lazy autumn days, dressed in lace and silk, enjoying afternoon tea at a Grand Hotel. The mood is set for Mayla a/w 12.
This season introduces a tailored trouser suit as an alternative to the cocktaildress. Heavy silk crepe and jersey silk create flattering feminine dresses, with dropped waists and slightly longer hemlines.
